Our 3D Mesh Editor

Today we are rolling out our 3D mesh editor which we’ve dubbed Creative Mode, a new way to generate and edit meshes with conversation. 

For example you can put a prompt in such as “an elephant” then follow it up by “have it ride a skateboard” and it preserves the context, identity and maintains consistency with the previous model. 

You can even prompt “make this model more printable” and it will adjust the model to minimize overhangs and ensure the mesh is ready to be sent to your slicer.

We built this as many of our initial users, have been using our platform as a design interface for desktop 3D printers and we had many requests for more organic modeling capabilities.

We also noticed that the current mesh generation tools were extremely limited in terms of quality and ability to iterate

We believe a conversational interface lends itself better to an iterative design process when prototyping creative 3D assets or models for printing.
