Announcing Adam’s $4.1m seed round, led by TQ Ventures

Adam first started as my thesis at UC Berkeley. At the time it was an app hosted on my laptop to quickly generate a CAD model that you could 3D print.

A year later Aaron and I saw the potential to take this research further. We believed AI would impact all areas of knowledge work and were particularly excited about a future where we could help bring hardware to life faster.

Since then users have generated over a million 3D models through our platform. We successfully brought the floor for design down and got the world excited about a future where you could talk to your CAD software.

We now want to bring the ceiling up to fulfill our ultimate ambition. To create a tool that allows mechanical engineers to design an order of magnitude faster in their favorite tools.

Technology should give you back time to think, dream, and explore. Adam will help bring hardware to production faster than ever before.

We’ve made big leaps in spatial reasoning and are excited for what’s the come. We’re only just getting started.
